It has been a while since I've blogged....but so much has been going on. In the mist of moving, enrolling in school and being extremely active at my church i have lost focus of my personal weight loss goals. It all starts with a single thought. Instead of pushing myself to exercise....I tell myself I don't have time. 15 mins a day can really make a difference, but I think myself out of doing it. I am going to do better...failure is not an option! I'm still excited and motivated....and I will continue to be motivated until I reach my goal!

    You just have to force yourself some days. Even if you make excuses, make them as your lacing up your sneakers and while your throwing yourself out the front door.
