It has been a while since I've blogged....but so much has been going on. In the mist of moving, enrolling in school and being extremely active at my church i have lost focus of my personal weight loss goals. It all starts with a single thought. Instead of pushing myself to exercise....I tell myself I don't have time. 15 mins a day can really make a difference, but I think myself out of doing it. I am going to do better...failure is not an option! I'm still excited and motivated....and I will continue to be motivated until I reach my goal!
