Have you ever worked one of those word change puzzles? You are given two words of the same length and by changing only one letter at a time you go from one to the other like:
You can change FAILURE to SUCCESS one STEP at a time too!
F - Face the scale (Get a fix on your location so you can chart your course.)
A - Adjust your caloric intake to a range that will give you a deficit.
I - Invest time in setting/reviewing daily goals.
L - Log your food so that you can accurately eat in range.
U - Understand your triggers and make a plan to avoid them.
R - Reach out to others for support and encouragement.
E - Exercise your body. Get some intentional cardio and strength training.
These steps will lead to SUCCESS!
You have never failed as long as you continue the journey. The destination is NOT optional.
