Ground ZERO

Tuesday, July 10, 2012

Well, here I go, posting my fat butt on the interwebs where it will be for all of eternity.
Either I am completely insane, or totally sure that I will never look and feel this way again!

The scale says I weigh in at 113, but I really wonder if the husband set it back a few pounds to make me feel better..

Believe it or not, I am not pregnant.... :/

Anyway, I started the Beachbody Turbo Jam workout today, which I DO plan to stick to. Seriously, I DO! I also really did well with not overeating. It was a struggle, but it is 9:30 at night and I don't feel sick! THAT feels awesome!

Thank you so much! I am not looking to lose any weight, really, I am just so.. squishy(lol!) and tired! I would love to not smoosh out of my clothes, as my son calls it, and to feel better! Food and I do not have a very healthy relationship. Heh.

Turbo Jam was a lot of fun this morning, I was actually a little bummed when it was over! I'll definitely update in a week or 2, when I have really gotten into it!

    Yes, you CAN do this!
Honestly, you look good...
I know you are not seeing the body that you want, but you have a great shape and waist.
Let me know if you like the Turbo Jam, I have been considering getting it!
