1. Stretch with 20 min Pilates/yoga video
2. Schedule sleep study.
3. Check results of last week's blood tests.
4. Pick up medications.
5. Track food and activity in spark tracker.
6. Make lunch and snacks for tomorrow.
7. Stretch with 15 min Core Program
8. Assess today's accomplishments against today's planned Healthy Me actions.
9. Plan tomorrow's Healthy Me actions.

LOE = 1.5 hours

    AE = 30 minutes

Well, old habits are hard to break. Mostly all I did today was work ... 14 hours worth. I took a quick break for lunch and a another for dinner, but that was about it.
I did make good food choices and I logged my food. Didn't move, so didn't have any activities to track.
Way too tired to think about making something for lunch & snacks tommorrow, so we'll be taking the healthy frozen meals I have on hand for such occassions, and apples for snacks. So I guess I can count that as "planned and preparred".
Onward. Tomorrow will be a better day.
