No more hiding!

I have been hiding my weight for years. Mostly from myself by not taking pictures and not looking in the mirror. I am finished hiding behind big clothes and wearing lots of black clothing. I will face my weight by setting goals including tracking daily (staying in the 1200-1400 calorie range) and getting regular exercise.
Putting this picture on my page is a step in the right direction.
