These past few days I have been really trying to reduce my sugar intake. This includes artificial sweeteners (they make my tum hurt) and all things sugar related. Whole fruit is the exception.
I'm happy to say things are going very well. I have been having black coffee, finding alternatives for oatmeal additions, and saying no to jam on toast.
I've been exploring various blogs/websites that are focused on the sugar-free lifestyle. Spoon Full of Sugar Free and the Spunky Coconut are two really good sites I've found thus far.
