It finally dawned on me how to make sure I drink enough water each day. I created 2 more snack times - one for mid-morning, one for mid-afternoon, one for evening. First thing each morning, when adding breakfast items, I add 2 cups of water to Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner & 1 cup of H2O to each snack for a total goal of 9 cups daily.
Now each time I add an item to my food tracker, I see the water I should be drinking. A great reminder! & it makes sure my water intake is spread out over the day. Maybe this will help someone who may be having trouble getting their water into their day.
