Figured out how to remind myself to hydrate! It's so easy. . . .

It finally dawned on me how to make sure I drink enough water each day. I created 2 more snack times - one for mid-morning, one for mid-afternoon, one for evening. First thing each morning, when adding breakfast items, I add 2 cups of water to Breakfast & Lunch & Dinner & 1 cup of H2O to each snack for a total goal of 9 cups daily. emoticon

Now each time I add an item to my food tracker, I see the water I should be drinking. A great reminder! & it makes sure my water intake is spread out over the day. Maybe this will help someone who may be having trouble getting their water into their day. emoticon

    Good plan! You might also try keeping a container of water with you at all times. This will serve as a continual reminder to drink your water!
