Start of Week 2!

Well folks I re-measured this morning and to my dismay did not do very well. Did that get me down? Nope!! I thought, hhmmmm what can I do differantly? I thought about last week and decided I was pleased with my workout progress but probably didn't make the best choices in food. I do really well at meal times but the snacking got the better of me!

So my plan for this week is to add pilates to my workouts. The Firm Thin in 30 M,W,Fr mornings and then pilates that evening as well as pilates on T, Th, Sa mornings. This will get me back on track and when I feel the need to attack the oreos I will have something to drink instead and go work in the yard. I really think that was my downfall. I am expecting to see some serious results next Monday when I re-measure.

Also, when I get out of the shower or right before, I look at my whole self in the mirror and tell myself I deserve this time! I deserve to be healthy and spend a bit of time on myself to re-charge my batteries or I will have nothing left to give to my family. On Fridays if I have exercised all week then I do something special, something as small as wearing my favorite body lotion and perfume (it has been discontinued so I can't get it anymore so I want it to last, lol).

So I guess what I am trying to say here is we can all do it, don't let the little things set us back and get us off track just keep going as if!
