So, here it is day two. I did not get to workout thanks to a migraine headache that stuck around for like 6 hours...so I am taking it easy tonight as I am pretty tired. I did track my food and fell within my guidelines, so that is a good thing.
A few weeks ago I weighed myself and gained about 5 pounds back. As of today, I lost about half of that!!! So I will take it!! Means I am finding the right road and can do this!!!
My workout tomorrow will be bowling for about 2 hours with my hubby and his friend....that will count!!! Plus that will be all I have time for with working.......
