total spent: 34.24
money to roll over to this week: 15.76
making this weeks spending: 65.76
but still hoping to only spend 50, however, i know that i will have to get gas soon and some groceries (like milk and such).
however, last night we all went to a steak house here in OK, for my aunts birthday, and even though i got the cheapest thing on the menu, it was still 10.95. so that counts toward this week and i'm getting creative and finding things to eat at home and bring up to work. which the group of girls i work with go and get groceries for us to split to keep up here, so i will be having to pay for that this week too. eek. lots going on.
in other news, and a big reason i didnt blow the whole 50 bucks last week, was that i met a boy :)
he's pretty great, and i'm hoping he is a keeper for a while.
he took me to dinner on Tuesday night and then the Brave Brave man accompanied me to the fireworks show here in town and met the whooooolllllleeeee family. no lie, everyone was there.
he was supposed to go with me to my July 4th party at my parents the next afternoon, but was sick and stayed in bed, but came to get me later that evening to go to his friends BBQ for some food, drinks, and of course more fireworks.
then friday night i went and watched him play in is softball games. and one of the players wife's thought we were married! haha. too funny. i was like ummmm.... this is day 4. haha
then yet again, this brave man, (im telling you, you can throw him into any situation and he can handle it... LOVE it!) went with me to my friends couple's wedding shower which consisted of food, booze, and games. it was a ton of fun. he loved my friends and my friends LOVED him. after we left we went and got some ice cream (i just got one scoop of some frozen yogurt, not too bad) and we went back and watched The Breakfast Club.
overall, it has been a fantastic week. even though it was week one of "No Spend" i had a really great week, with family, friends, and hopefully the new addition to my life. :)
here's on to week 2, lets hope its just as good!
