So I decided to throw these both in one, just because I can :-P
So first, for my WUB
1) I didn't lose this week, but I think that's because Wednesday TOTALLY threw me off. I'm looking forward to this week.
2) MET--I walked every day and even did my good ole hour on Saturday!
3) MET--I remembered to do my strength training M, W, and Saturday, and my arms already feel stronger woohoo!
4) Did pretty well! I got all but I think 40 points because I don't track Friday night and Saturday usually...I didn't do too badly though, so don't worry haha.
Now for my fitness plan this week:
Mon-Fri, 30 min walk for my lunch break (total of 150 mins)
M, W, Fri or Sat, strength training (usually takes about 20-30 mins, but I don't track it...for some reason my ST works better when I don't track it, otherwise I would start putting it in for my calories and then walking less, and we don't need that to happen!)
This week I feel like probably doing a dance party on Saturday morning for a bit longer than usual (45 mins).
That will bring me up to 195 mins. I'm trying to slowly get closer to having that elusive 1000 mins in one month, but doing 250 mins every week...wowza!
Later will be a longer blog, even though not much happened this weekend haha.
