Week 27 results, week 28 begins

Week 27 was a very good week. I am back on track, back into tracking, and feeling good about all of that.
I exercised 6 days this week, for a total of 300 minutes.
I swung my kettlebells for two strengthening sessions.
Food journalling efforts were successful and daily. I even started tracking calories again, after mightily resisting that for the last six months.
A Gold star for my exercise this week, and another for the dailyness of the food journaling!
$10 for the me-glorious-me fund! (I need to figure out where that fund stands, actually.)
For week 28 my goals are:
1. Food journal daily, calorie counting daily, guesswork where necessary.
2. Exercise 5+ days
3. 2+ sessions of kettlebells
