This past week has lacked exercise. In an attempt to make up for it and to get a "last chance workout" in before weigh in today I stayed on my treadmill for 1 hr 45 minutes last night while watching Extreme Makeover;Weightloss Edition. LOVE that show by the way. Chris is awesome. It is way better than The Biggest Loser turned dramafied. Anyways, I had totally planned on staying on for the whole 2 hours of the show. I actually started 15 minutes before it came on. Well at an hour and 40 minutes my treadmill stopped itself..... I don't remember seeing anything about a built in timer in the manual but that must be why, it reset my time and stopped the belt but calories burned, laps, and distance all stayed right where I had them I simply hit the speed I wanted and did 5 more minutes for a cool down. . .checking my manual today!!
Despite my lack of exercise up until last night, the scale showed a 2.4 pound loss this morning!! When I "restarted this journey I made my first goal date August 3rd to reach 169 pounds. I am well on track and only have 4 more pounds to eliminate! I am confident that I will reach my goal by that date.
