SUMMER ACCOUNTABILITY CHALLENGE WEEK ONE: JULY 9-15
The first week of a challenge is always exciting, but I am going to commit to checking in every week until 9/9.
I need a challenge because [X] (examples|: I don't feel motivated lately, I haven't been exercising)
By the end of this week, I want to feel [X] (examples: lighter, more toned, more energized, in control of myself)
My big nutrition goal for this week is going to be [X] (examples: drinking 10 glasses of water, tracking every day, eating less processed foods)
My big fitness goal for the week is going to be [X] (examples: getting 250 minutes of exercise, going to the gym 3x this week, getting in exercise on my lunch break)
My big wellness goal for the week is going to be [X] (examples: getting 8 hrs of sleep per night, spending some quality alone time)
My biggest challenge in meeting these goals will be [X] (examples: birthday party, travel away from home)
If I meet all my goals this week, I'm going to reward myself with [X] (examples: a bubble bath, new workout clothes, fresh produce)
If I don't meet my goals, I'm NOT going to get discouraged and quit. I will count every step forward as progress toward the end game.
