So after two days into the challenge, I got side tracked. Geez, I thought I would have lasted longer than that. This past week I spread myself too thin and even worse, hadn't gone grocery shopping so opted for takeout more than I'd have liked.
I'm just thankful I remembered to weigh in today sooo all hope is not lost.
As far as my monthly personal goals for BLC, let's recap:
1) Track my food EVERYDAY -- 2/7 days :(
2) Commit to working out min. 3x/wk -- worked out once, went swimming though for 2 hours! That should count for something =/
3) Drink 8 glasses of water/day -- I think I covered this but without actually tracking it, who knows.
4) Weigh myself only once/wk -- Wow, I managed to fulfill one goal lol.
It's time to kick my butt into gear. The last thing I want to do is let myself and my team down. SERIOUSLY.
