There are so many things I want and everything seems to be linked together. The majority of my goals revolve around my weight so that definitely needs to be a priority, but I know changing my weight won't solve all my problems so I am going to make a conscious effort to work on everything.
Lose 20 pounds this month. Starting weight 224. Goal Weight 204.
Drop pant sizes. Current Size: 16 or 18 Goal Size: 14 or loose 16
Tone my arms and back to be confident enough to wear a sleeveless shirt.
Continue to drink at least 10 cups of water a day.
Maintain a diet that is 90% produce and protein.
Start and maintain a consistent vitamin routine.
Track every item that I eat before eating it.
Physical Activity Goals:
Walk Mozart 2 times a day, minimum of 3 miles.
60 minutes of cardio per day.
Yoga or Pilates 2 times per week.
Running. Get back into training for my next half marathon in October.
Participate in 1 or 2 meetings per day.
Read for at least 1 hour per day.
Clean my apartment.
Get rid of my storage unit.
Start a journal to reflect on my life and progress in all areas.
Separate myself from the negative aspects of my life and make new friends.
Apply for 5 jobs a day.
Be employed by the end of the month.
