So this past week Ive started tracking again. Im really working on completing it everyday and Ive put Sparkpeople back on my phone to help me out. Ive started running again and for the first time, I am using C25K. I used a RunTex program last time since I was in better shape when I started. Ive run 4 times this week and played softball for 3. Today was my hardest softball practice this season. I hit probably 100 balls and ran my rear-end off in the outfield. My legs are TIRED tonight. Ive also promised myself that I will NOT weight until tomorrow. Monday can be my weigh-in day.
I was proud of myself last night. I managed to keep it pretty healthy at Texas Roadhouse with a chicken breast (hold the BBQ sauce), a sweet potato and a salad. NONE of those wonderful rolls. Ive dropped sodas completely and had a headache yesterday but Im good today.
Im determined to work hard and get back to where I was.
