It seems every Sunday I am glad for a new week to start because of something I feel went astray with my diet/exercise plan this week. My goal next Sunday is to not have that feeling! I want to be proud of the week I have had! While I am improving greatly, especially with exercise, I still have a lot ot work on! So here's to a new week and a new me! Getting better, day by day!
