Recently returned from my third annual road trip. Nine days this year-Knoxville, Nashville, Memphis, MS, Little Rock, Eureka Springs, Branson, Pigeon Forge. I tried local eateries and came home weighing four pounds more than when I left. Fortunately I was able to get back on track and lost the four pounds within a week. Since the end of April I have lost 20.4 pounds.
It hardly makes a dent in where I need to go but I feel confident that I'm on to something this time-whole foods and grains, fresh fruit; limiting carbs and dairy.
