Day 1 of Recommital: ups and downs

Well, I have recommitted and day 1 had ups and downs. I got up and wogged or jalked (hehe) jog/walked for 41 minutes yesterday about 7am. I felt very good when I got back, but hot and sweaty. I tried to cool off by slowing down a bit first and then coming in. I guess I didn't cool off enough. I drank 1/2 a Revive Vitamin Water and ate 3 Peanut Butter Lance crackers. I was doing fine until a couple hours later. My neck, eyes and jaw begin to hurt. I had my husband and son massage my neck and it passed for a couple hours until after lunch. I had some BBQ ribs, moist fried chicken, w/the skin removed, salad and a small piece of dry chocolate cake. We went swimming later and I sat in the sauna for about 10 min......not a good idea. I felt crappy and my headache came back with nausea. I was out for the night from about 6:30pm on. Luckily, I didn't actually vomit this time. I put a heating pad on my head and was able to eat some oatmeal, apple juice and saltines beforehand. I slept until 7am. I feel weak and slightly achy this morning and definitely don't want to exercise today, but better. I wish I knew was was going on in my body. This keeps happening and the doc hasn't been able to diagnose it.
So, I stepped on the scale this morning and it said I was down 2 lbs. Score!!! I'm not getting my hopes up, though. I will still keep working at it.
Oh, also the other day, for snack, my daughter and I took that zuccini and sliced it up, put salt on it and put it right on the George Forman Grill. YUM YUM. I think I ate 1-1 1/2 med. ones. I was good till dinner, which was fish sticks, grapes, and a salad. I pre-made the salads except for the moist ingredients and croutons for them. I had crispy jalapenos on mine. I was within my numbers for the day, too!!!
Ok, day two, here I come.
