Hi! So I ended the fast yesterday morning on day 22 of my water fast. My fast lasted 21 days and I lost 22 lbs. My ending weight yesterday was 136.4 lbs.
I broke my fast with coconut water, but I only drank 2 8 oz cups of it yesterday and the rest of the day I drank water. I'll drink more of it today, I just didn't want to overdo anything my first day of consuming calories. I listened to my body and I guess 2 cups of coconut water was enough for me lol. Tomorrow I will add in fruits for a few days and after that vegetables. I will also start tracking my exercise and food intake with sparkpeople starting tomorrow.
Today I weighed in at 136.6 lbs. So yes, I expect to gain some weight back especially once I start eating solids again, but with a good diet and exercise, I won't gain too much back and will probably lose the weight again. As long as I'm not overweight (Over 149 lbs), I'll be happy!
