I really do need to track. I don't want to track because then I am accountable. I will start slowly so it isn't overwhelming. I will also group items I eat regularly, especially for breakfats and lunch. Thanks for all the great tips everyone. The support is very helpful.

    Tracking calories always sucks at first but then it gets easy and you don't even think about it. you just do. plus its fun to challenge yourself to say perfectly in range everyday
