1) Become invested in the BLC and get to know my teammates
2) Exercise at least 5 times per week
3) Stay within my calorie range daily
4) Recommit to myself and my weight loss
5) Check in daily with my BLC groups

Your goals are good. You set yourself up for success because they're all interconnected so achieving any one of them can lead to achieving one of the others. Keep it up, you can do this.
