Squats, barbell rows, bench presses... All in all, took 15 minutes... I don't even get tired, but the next day I am sore all over. We will see tomorrow what is happening...

Weight training is VERY IMPORTANT so you build some lean muscle mass. The more lean muscle mass you have the more fat you burn . metabolism revs up!!
Take your time with it though and stay sore :)

You must "fly" through those exercises. It takes me at least 40 minutes for abs and at least 45 minutes for core.
