I just decided I was going to be bad today.
NO exercise- NONE- (Still trying to figure out what to do about my running shoes!) I want to give them a proper burial! They officially have been over 300 miles and the soles have worn off! Literally!!
Lunch was a positively munchy feast! I decided on a child's Spaghetti with meatball. I substituted mushrooms for the meatball! Then I downed two pieces of the garlic bread! Yummy!~ Water to drink!!
Junior Spaghetti, 1 serving
( This is about 3/4 cup of noodles and a half cup of sauce wo meat and 1/4 cup of mushrooms)
Bread wit olea, 2 serving (Gus makes it special for me)
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp ( I use this to add protein)
Then to continue on my BAdie Badie journey... I decided to eat really late. We pulled into the eating place after eight. We had never eaten there before... so what an adventure/ diet nightmare. Remember that I was going to be a badie badie... I immediately decided on something with fries. LOL - Their fries were baked steak fries!! I immediately saw the Portabella Mushroom Burger. That didn't quit fit my badie badie plan, but I ordered it anyways. We were starving so I added it a spinach dip.
The spinach dip arrived and I counted out my chips...Habit! I took one bite and ask for salsa. It was greasy and I just didn't like it! I didn't really like the salsa either so I sat there eating my chips! The bad news came NO Portabella Mushroom! I decided on the Reuben (absolutely NO butter..toasted not grilled with the corn beef to the side! It was dead on arrival! It had drown in butter! I enjoyed my fries, while I lurked around the dessert menu. I decide on a large piece of Cheese Factory Cheese cake! I was determined to eat the whole piece. It arrived and I savored every little bite. I was about half way through when I decided I didn't like it anymore. Across the table a little over 1/4 of it went to join the spinach dip.
I got home with my badie badie self and decided ..what the heck lets just crunch those numbers.
Tortilla Chips, 2 oz

Fat- My Goal – 31-68 Today – 57

Okay Ms. Badie Badie ..Now how is that for a pig out.
I am heading to refrigerator for watermelon and a glass of milk. That will still leave me low on protein but the rest numbers are okay. I really need the milk with my medicine and I get the feeling that the watermelon is going to be the best thing I have had to eat all day!
Then I am going to come back and focus on a new pair of running shoes and sleep! My body seems to like my new life style. It doesn't even like the food or the portions from my former life. The foods I chose today weren't even all that good and I missed things like my protein bar and my food combinations. I even craved my walk as we strolled into the house from the carport.
Ps. I did go back and add the ketchup to my meal plan and my fiber drink mix!
Thanks everyone for supporting me! I think we all have bad days. Between figuring out my fitness trainer and I graduated from high school together and that my running-shoes were dead after less than a month ~ I was really flustered. My trainer hasn't figured out who I am yet and there is no reason he should. I weigh 105 pounds more than the last time we saw each other. Back then my current thigh size was my waist size! The joy is for a week, I didn't even know it was him. My mother just had to figured it out! Grrr
