Settling, accepting what is? Is that where I am? No! I have places I want to go!
I have seen the dark side. Not being able to move. Pain. Feeling lousy.
Since starting the Aqua Aerobics, I have found that I am sleeping though the night. Getting solid rest. What???
Yes I am awaking more refreshed.
Who knew that class would impact my sleep.
My goals for the summer...
~ Aqua Aerobics 3 times a week.
~ Your Way to a 5K
~ Classical Stretch
Eat more PlantStrong:
~ Breakfast - 5 times a week or more
~ Lunch - 6 times a week or more
~ Dinner - 3 times a week
Outlining my actions helps me achieve my goals.
I am moving toward more freedom.
