Doesn't sound like much right? But when I started 5 weeks ago I could not run at all!!! My trainer has been adding a little speed here and there so that I was up to 1 and 1/2 min runs with my walk. She is on vacation and I have been working out by myself for a couple of days. Today I thought I would just run for as long as I could and I made it to 3 Minutes!!!!
Feel pretty good about it!!!!!
