I woke up with very sore abs this morning! I think from the pilate class that I attended yesterday. I was the only student (the class wasn't too big so that's great for me!) so the instructor gave me her full blast of attention! I particularly love-hate Hundred on the Bosu as that was the most challenging version of Hundred I've ever tried! The instructor helped me to correct my posture, encouraged me to finish the exercise and I nearly cried from trying LOL I think it might be this exercise that caused my aches at my middle section, I even grimaced after I sneezed! After a workout like yesterday, I realized lots of simple actions required my core like sitting/standing straight (or my abs will hurt, haha), sneezing (as I said earlier), squatting (unfortunately, I used the traditional squatting toilet not modern sitting toilet often) and slightly bend my torso (it seems that I do lots of bending).

Meals:
- Breakfast:
+ 1 glass of Anlene Chocolate-flavour (high calcium drink)
+ 1 piece of red-bean paste bun
+ 1 piece of buttermilk bun
+ 1 piece of french toast
- Lunch:
+ 4 pieces of half-sausage-roll-up-in-french
-toast (creative ideas in the morning LOL)
+ 1 piece of sausage wrapped in egg (leftover from above recipe)
+ 2 tbsp of tomatoes sauce (or ketchup as some might called it, hehe)
- Afternoon snack:
+ 1/8 of 1 slice of apple crumbles (in the office)
+ 2 cups of hot tea
- Dinner:
+ 1 cup of white rice
+ half of white pomfret cooked in chillies
+ 1 cup of watermelon

Sleep: 5 hours of no nightmare, no weird dream (if I did have, no memories of it) so not feeling as tired as previous nights! Still need to find what causes my nightmares in a row
