Today is 570 (give or take!) days since I started going back to the gym, and lost an amazing amount of weight. These pictures are depressing yet inspiring to me and other people around me. To know that anything is possible when you have the right combination of good nutrition, exercise and a NO EXCUSE attitude, anything is do-able!

I find inspiration to continue doing what I do from the people that I help, and the people that ask me for advice. I don't mind giving advice as long as a person has a good sense of where they want to go and realistic expectations of how hard they are going to have to work to get to those REALISTIC GOALS! I set small milestones for myself and I reached for the stars and achieved all but the one I am working one now!
