Week 4

Weight loss is going a bit slower than anticipated but only by 1 lbs so hopefully with hard work and dedication I will still be able to reach my goal by the 21st. This is weight loss with weight lifting so I am doing great as far as I am concerned and I feel amazing! Lots of energy, liking my reflection...maybe a little too much :] Im going away for this weekend and Im wearing clothes Ive been yearning to wear on hot summer days in the sun, it feels crazy and wonderful! I was also named one of the Motivators of The week, again. I feel special, its exciting, I am so grateful to all the sparkers and sparklies giving me spark love today and everyday! Its a total motivation for me to keep going strong, I never aimed to inspire anyone other than myself. Being named a Motivator is an accomplishment and compliment and I just cannot say thank you enough... and give myself a little pat on the shoulder because it CrAzY that its ME, ha.
