Well, it's been up and down. I'm getting physically into good shape but the weight hasn't come off in the last weeks . That's not entirely true its gone up 1.5 pounds and then back down 1.5 pounds so now I'm back to the original weight loss. I have 28.5 pounds to go. I am weighing myself less. I was a little obsessed with the scale. I'm feeling good and running a mile now. I am learning to start looking at other goals I'm meeting other then the scale.
