I need your help, please.
I think my hiking is making me fatter, not thinner.
I'm doing 6-7 mile hikes now -- hard to believe a year & a half ago 15 minutes around the block nearly killed me -- but as soon as the hike is over I am STARVING to death so I'm eating mass quantities of food.
On Saturday after my hike I was so hungry that I WANTED to get onion rings or a shake to go with my teriyaki chicken sandwich but I was good and only got a salad with it. I continued to eat healthy things the rest of the day but I ate a LOT.
