So I recently joined up with the Official Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge in hopes to be able to calm my sweet craving and make headway in losing weight. My biggest problem in weight loss is my giant craving for sugar. Usually it's pretty tame, but once I started trying to eat healthier it's been like I haven't eaten anything sweet in years and I just have to have it now.
I'm hoping I can stick with this challenge, because it's pretty much the only hope I have to reaching a healthier lifestyle...
