How was your 4th of July holiday? I still have a cold and feel like poop but I had fun anyway. We went floating the river, the had kabobs for supper and did fireworks. It did rain a bit while we were tubing and it probably wasn't smart to go sick but I had fun lol. asnd I dont feel any worse today lol. Monday I did good eating, mainly because I didnt feel like getting out of bed so I just ate small snacks here and there. and yesterday I didnt do great, but I didnt pass my limit either. My computer still wont charge, so p90x it is until I get my computer fixed. I think netflix has some good workouts on it too.
Now I want to take a minute to give everyone a good push. Mainly because I know holidays are the worst time for diets. You always end up eating to much, then feel bad about it after. But this week push yourself twice as hard. Its ok to have a cheat day sometimes =] Spend a little extra time up and moving today. If you ate bad yesterday it isnt the end of the world.
