I have been exercising my big muscles..you know the thighs and the one I can't see
and I noticed today that my shorts were loose around the thighs and hips. So my question to myself was "is it the exercise or did I just stretch those shorts out?" I don't really know for sure but I prefer to believe it's the exercise. The shorts aren't really dirty so to keep myself motivated I am not going to wash them for a few days (so as not to shrink them). That loose feeling really makes me feel great!
