woo hoo!

Thursday, July 05, 2012

just got back from spending time at the library with my daughter. she has joined a summer reading club at the library this year. she is really enjoying it so far. my birds are doing well and say hi! the weather here is going to be warm and a bit humid for the rest of the week, without much rain, too. i resisted having a cookie this morning and i had some milk to drink instead. i have my daughter encouraging me every step of the way. she wants me around for a very long time and for me to be the healthiest i have ever been in my life. being a single parent can be very challenging at times. she changed her mind about day camp and opted out of it. she has quite a bit of activities coming up,family and library related. she told me she will try camp next summer instead. she is very active every day and keeps me very active, too! have a great day, everyone!

Way to go single mom... I surely can relate. Keep up the good work with your food intake and exercise.

I loved those summer reading clubs when I was young. I never won because I'd turn in all my read books before I remembered to log them in, then have to guess at some of the titles and authors leaving off ones I didn't remember.
