Things I'm going to focus on this week:
- logging all of my food
- getting out and exercising at least twice
- transitioning from atkin's to calorie counting
- working on some sparkpoints

    I lost 65 pounds and reached my first goal slowly and steadily emoticon (took me 20 months) the babystep way. emoticon emoticon emoticon The biggest mistake a lot of folks make, IMHO, is trying to change everything at once, instead of gradually introducing small, easy to maintain, alterations in routine, portions, habits. I love the saying and often pass it on: Don't do anything to lose weight that you aren't willing to do for the rest of your life.

    Good choices, good plan, now (as Nike says) just do it. In my 63 years I have never succeeded in anything other than KISS plans--Keep It Simple and Stupid--the best kind. emoticon
