I posted this challenge in a team I'm in, but I wanted to share with you since I have been reading a lot from people wanting an accountability boost for the rest of the summer. If you want to take part, let me know and I'll try to check up on you as much as I can. I'll probably post a weekly template via blog and feel free to do so from your blog as well. I'd start a team, but honestly, I don't have that much time, and I think posting public blogs adds an additional layer of accountability. None of the questions are mandatory (i.e. you don't have to post your starting weight). This challenge will run from 7/9-9/9.

Sign here: I, ___________, pledge to eat wisely and slowly and avoid binging this summer whenever possible. I vow to drink my water and to turn to clean food for snacks as a first resort (fruit, nuts, veggies) but not feel horrible about myself when I eat too many "bad" foods, because it is not the end of the world. Whenever I don't feel like exercising, I will at the very least commit to a brisk walk.
