Well, June didn't go as planned, so lets get back to the basics.
Goals for July:
Stay within nutrition ranges 6 out of 7 days weekly. (this also includes trying to eat healthier overall, just because I can fit it in, doesn't mean I should)
Exercise 5 out of 7 days weekly.
Drink a minimum of 64 oz of water daily
Check in with my BSG team daily
Check in with my Sparkfriend Buddy daily
Like I said, back to the basics!
