Well I have been back for a bit over a week now and I have to say you realize how much you missed it when you first get back. I get excited about my park points and I work out an extra 10 minutes just to get another point to advance to another level. I am not doing anything drastic just walking and trying to eat healthy obviously being pregnant its hard to do any heavy cardio or weights and I still have weird cravings (Pasta with alfredo sauce and broccoli) but I feel lighter and healthier. I look forward to seeing my dr in August and getting on the scale, now when is the last time I looked forward to getting on the scale think back seriously when was the last time you wanted to get on the scale?? It is an amazing feeling

I am torn however I know I shouldn't be loosing weight because I am pregnant but I have been doing so well that I will be disappointed if I don't see any results catch 22 at its best.

    Keep it up for your sake and your baby's! Walking is perfect for pregancy exercise. I rode a bicycle for most of my pregancies, too. Hang in there!

    You are eating healthy and exercising which is perfect for your baby. Good for you not using it as an excuse to "fall off the wagon"!!!
