Well I have been back for a bit over a week now and I have to say you realize how much you missed it when you first get back. I get excited about my park points and I work out an extra 10 minutes just to get another point to advance to another level. I am not doing anything drastic just walking and trying to eat healthy obviously being pregnant its hard to do any heavy cardio or weights and I still have weird cravings (Pasta with alfredo sauce and broccoli) but I feel lighter and healthier. I look forward to seeing my dr in August and getting on the scale, now when is the last time I looked forward to getting on the scale think back seriously when was the last time you wanted to get on the scale?? It is an amazing feeling
I am torn however I know I shouldn't be loosing weight because I am pregnant but I have been doing so well that I will be disappointed if I don't see any results catch 22 at its best.
