Day 3 to Wedding Fit!

Breakfast: eggs, bacon, bagel with cream cheese, coffee
Lunch: yogurt with granola
Dinner: sandwich thin, deli meat, macaroni salad, broccoli salad, 5 chips, 1/2 brownie and 1 scoop frozen yogurt
Exercise: 15 minute walk with the dog
All in all, it wasn't a terrible food day - I do need to get better about telling people "No, Thank you" when they're trying to give me extra dessert. It was really cute though because Dude's aunt used frozen yogurt for everyone instead of ice cream and she said to me "I know you watch what you eat, so I gave everyone frozen yogurt! It tastes the same!" It was super cute and appreciated!
