A friend of mine was hospitalized after a cardiac incident and will have bypass surgery tomorrow. I sat with him in the hospital yesterday and actually didn't get around to writing the blog. I hope your Independence Day was better.

For today, I got up early and did the 2.20 walk with a little bit of jog thrown in.
