A slow day

Today is an extra day off work for me. I do not have a lot of things planned, but the day will fill up on its own, that is never an issue.
I started out my day at the gym for an hour, which kind of helped lift my mood. What did not help though was while I was on the treadmill, I had a sudden sharp pain in my left upper arm. It hurt enough that I found myself holding my breath, hoping it would ease faster. The fibromyalgia has been really bad over the past week, but it has been a while since it has done that to me. Eventually it did ease and I was able to pick up the pace to a 3.3 mph for quite a bit of my 25 minutes. I did not do any free weights because I needed to know that the weight was controlled if I suddenly could not hold it. So I stuck to the machines today.
I had some stew meat that I needed to make into something, so I decided to cook up the meat in the electric wok with mustard, basil, onion, salt, and garlic. I added water to cover the meat twice so the meat would be tender, and there would be a nice, thick reduction. I put the green beans in with a little bit of water and vinegar, and heated it through. Sprinkling a little cheese on top gave me the result pictured below.
Hubby and I are both having a bout of boredom set in. We want to go warm water diving. Monterey is fine, but we have gotten spoiled. And with the trip to Minnesota coming up, we decided to not do any diving there so we do not have to worry about extra luggage or having to make sure everything is washed out and dry before going in the car. I think that I am going to have to tell him that we need to go to Monterey until we can get plans to go someplace warm. I have a few ideas of where I would like to go, but we will see what money and time says at this point.
I wish all a good day... over the hump day.
