You all know how I was complaining about a plateau. It started 3 weeks ago and for those weeks I didn't lose much. Just a few hundred grams. Guess what? It's over!
I usually weigh myself only on Saturdays or Sundays. Last sunday when I weighed myself I was only 100grams lighter (about 0.2lb). Today in the morning a voice in my head told me to go and weigh myself. Well I did listen to it. And I weighed 3 pounds less! I was jumping up and down in the house :)
Exercising is getting more interesting. I can't say I love it but it's less boring then it used to be. I also found some time to go to the beach and swim this week which was great! When I track it looks like I've burned loads of calories but I never get tired while swimming... I find this weird. What do you think?
