Back on Track

Well, Got to the gym. I can run a mile in 11:30 mins now. I know that's not fast but I started at 13 min mile so I'm stoked. I saw pictures from vacation. Very disheartening. I have lost weight but still have a long way to go. Hopefully next vacation pics will be to my satisfaction. Anyway, off to buy some food and maybe go to work at hospital tonight. We are usually low cenus on holidays with no planed surgeries so will see. I do like the time and a half for holiday pay :)
