And my b.s. this am was 8.1... so gonna watch how well that goes down too. I read somewhere yesterday a quote that says, "I have 2 dr., one is my right leg and one is my left leg"..
I had those foods prepped and totally stayed on track yesterday, right down to the cup of lemon water, 3 cups of Green Tea and a cup of coffee.... I bought Turkey burgers last nite at 11pm and was home cooking them at 11:30, they only have 120 cal. each...Yummy! Just some dill chips with them.... but I was hungry!!!
And this am. I am too full to eat all my breakfast, so I didn't finish it, the dog likes omelettes, but not the onions or the peppers or the tomatoes..
The plan was to have cottage cheese, but I opened it and though I only bought it yesterday, the seal had been broken inside and it was brown, so good the store is to close... Now I have a couple of turkey burgers fried ahead too...
I was just thinking I would like to make a creamed carrot soup and thought but I can't have milk, and then realized I can have yogurt, bet that will make a nice soup, possibly add some curr powder....
It's a wet, dreary day outside, so nothing else to do... well, I could clean...but I gotta be in the mood for that..... see where the day takes me
