WELL STARTING TO WALK EVERY DAY BEFORE IT GETS HOT OUTSIDE.

OR WORKOUT AT THE YMCA..

GONNA TRY AND NOT EAT FATTENING FOODS.

MAYBE I CAN LOSE SOME OF THIS WEIGHT.

HAVE A GOOD DAY EVERYONE!!!!

    Great goals. Walking is something I do need to work on but I may need to do more videos as I'm not always trusting my back or leg to not give out.

    I agree that walking is the key. When you walk regularly, it helps.
You can eat some of your favorite foods, just reduce the portion. I know that I do.
