went to a fund raising fashion show for heart disease in
women. It is the number 1 killer of women. Even beating cancer!

I noted that one of the raffle prizes was a 3 month gym membership and the woman that won it laughed. I thought it a bit sad that she did not see this as an opportunity to be adventurous and go!

There are still people who think it will never happen to them.
