This morning, I weighed myself and was down another pound since last night's weigh in.
I'm contemplating a short ride today...around 11 miles...just to loosen up a bit. I also plan to do some yoga, crunches, squats, and upper body weights.
Just having coffee and breakfast now. No big plans for the 4th ~ low-key with some exercise and healthful food.
