So I am doing a challenge for one of my Sparkteams. The challenge is to create a list of my goals for the month....Doesn't seem to hard....or does it? HHHMMMM monthly goals I would like to reach:
1. Drink 8 8oz. glasses of water a day or more
2. Go to the gym/workout at least 4 times a week.
3. Check into Spark people each day...to check in on my teams/challenges and also record food or fitness.
Now for the big one. This is a goal I have set that I know will be longer than a month, however I would like to include it here since it's something I would need to stay on track to achieve. Its the weight loss goal.
I would like to loose at least 60 pounds (or more of course) by December 31, 2012. In order to stay on track with this goal I would need to loose about 10 pounds in a month or about 2.5 pounds a week. This doesn't seem to out of reach, but I just have to stick with it.
So these are my current goals for the month of July...I'll be back to check on my progress and track how things are going! Hopefully I will be able to succeed.
